Menstrual periods will vary in their duration and amount of bleeding. So, having a period that is a little shorter in duration is typically fine. If your periods continue to be irregular, then see your doctor for evaluation. If you are taking birth control pills, be sure to take them around the same time every day. Good luck to you!

Agree with Dr. Ferranti. What you described seems like a normal variation on a cycle. If you do not wish to get pregnant take contraceptive regularly. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
