Several options: Swollen feet (edema) from sitting or stand g for long periods is due to blood pooling in feet. Reduce your salt intake, keep legs elevated when sitting. Pump you're feet every 15 minutes to maintain good circulation, exercise to improve leg circulation long term. If these do not work, you can get compression knee high stockings.
