Soft stool & steroid: I would make sure you are having soft stools and not constipated. You may need to increase the fiber in your diet and consider miralax (polyethylene glycol). I would use baby wipes instead of toilet paper. Try to bath after bowel movements. If still having symptoms a short course of topical steroid cream may help.
