Thought broadcasting is when someone feels like others can hear their thoughts or the thoughts are being broadcast loudly. It is a symptom of psychosis, but can happen in extreme anxiety as well. It definitely needs a full psychiatric evaluation of ALL symptoms, to decide whether the person meets the criteria for a psychiatric disorder. If so, then anti psychotic medications can help.
