Can gas and constipation cause lower pelvic pain? It feels like shooting pains on both sides of my pelvis
I have pain in my left side and across lower stomach and pelvis. pain when walking, stretching, no food. barely passing gas and had loose bm for the first time in 4 days. pulling up my tights, my left side felt fused, caved in, servere pain?
