I don't regard a sore throat as a sign of pregnancy. If sperm in precum entered the vagina, conception is possible if she ovulated within 24 hours of the incident.The egg is only viable for 1 day. If she misses her next period perform a home pregnancy test properly according to instructions. I think pregnancy is very unlikely in the scenario you described.
