I recently saw an ent because my eustacean tubes are clogged for a couple of months & i can't unclog them by blowing. no damage to drum. he was very unconcerned, & prescribed flonase. can this really work? other advice also welcome! thanks so much?

Yes, it will work if you have allergic rhinitis or any viral inflammatory rhinitis as the cause (most likely) of clogged eustachian tubes.

Have you tried flonase? You would not know till you try it. It is harmless and may be effective. Give it try and if it does not work, you can consult a different ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
