How much xanax do you need to take to overdose? i am prescribed 0.25 for a flight tomorrow, but was told i can take another during flight if i need too. am i safe? i too none about 30 mins ago, i dont really feel anything?

0.25 mg is the lowest strength, majority of patients feel relief of anxiety at 0.5 mg doses or higher. Overdosing is not likely at such doses, long term use not recommended due to habit forming potential.
