One of several questions. This makes it sound like reactive arthritis has definitely been diagnosed. If so, these are questions for that doctor (preferably a rheumatologist) to answer. Other common causes of ReA are mostly various intestinal infections -- but in presence of chlamydia, that probably was the trigger. ReA does not get better just by treating the triggering infection.
