Although it is less likely in your case, nosebleed is sometimes caused by a blood disorder so you need to see a doctor for some simple blood tests to rule out any common blood disorder then you can see an ENT doctor for cauterizing the vessels (Kiesselbach's plexus) in your nose to prevent further bleeding.
