See Dentist: See your Dentist for this. You may be referred to an Oral Surgeon for extraction. Sounds like a chronic infection which is not a good thing to be allowing to continue. Make the appointment to get this treated the best way for your good health. Good Luck.

See your DDS: Infection can happen but is not common. See your dentist to rule out dentigerous cyst.

Swelling/pain: So today your body is screaming at you that something's wrong. Can't fix it over the computer. Please make an appointment with your Dentist to find out exactly what's wrong and the appropriate course of treatment.
