I was prescribed alprazolam 0.25mg for flight anxiety. i dont take it regularly and asked for this preemptively b/c of a panic i had driving for some reason. is this safe drug? i take dexilant daily, no drug interaction?

Yes, it is safe to take as needed only. You will depend on it if used daily, i.e. habitual use should be avoided. There is no interaction with Dexilant.
