Clearly this is an infection of some sort, and you need to get medical care ASAP -- you may need an antibiotic prescription. This isn't typical for any STD, although it's a possibility. See a doctor soon -- if the groin lump is enlarging, if the skin in the area is red, or if you have fever, get seen today, even if it means a visit to an urgent care clinic or hospital emergency room. Good luck.

Pus that comes out of a skin opening is likely related to a small abscess, e.g. carbuncle. Usually draining the pus takes care of the problem. Concerns about an STD are best dispelled by seeing your doctor and getting tested, a simple procedure. If you are concerned about privacy, your local department of health or public clinic may be helpful. If present, treatment is available.

If you had infection in your cyst an ing. lymph gland can get enlarged. It should go down if the cyst heals. If it does not go back to your MD or a Urologist and have the cyst and it's lining removed otherwise it will come back.
