This appears complex and presumably widespread. In many cases, a diagnosis of fibromyalgia is erroneous, and the true problem is an occult small fiber neuropathy. If you do have established fibromyalgia, several medications can help. Suggest you see a rheumatologist and get this fully assessed and updated. Physical therapy may help.
