Have your dentist examine the tooth. A simple filling may be in order.

YOU ARE IN YOUR SECOND TRIMESTER AND PRACTICING GOOD ORAL HEALTH. IF YOUR CAVIY DOESN'T HURT AND YOUR FACE ISN'T SWOLLEN THAN WAIT UNTIL AFTER BIRTH. YOUR DENTIST CAN PLACE A TEMPORARY FILLING IN THE TOOTH WITHOUT CAUSING ANY DISCOMFORT. GO FOR A CONSULTATION TO RELIEVE ANY ANXIETY.

First, wishing you a healthy baby, congrats. Second, see your Dentist to chose the appropriate treatment or observation. If you can see/feel a hole, it's advanced, and infection can adverse affect the course of your pregnancy. Third, mouth wash does not replace floss/WaterPik. For your baby's sake, clean between your teeth daily.
