We are all wired differently. By not feeling stimuli that would say to you "Infection," you are not prompted to seek infection control. Please see a Dentist now. Infected teeth have been implicated in damage to other organ systems.

You may have a high pain threshold. You should see a dentist and practice preventive oral hygiene. You teeth should last you a lifetime, however, you do need to do your part, with brushing, flossing and getting regular checks. http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed & drugs
