If you are referring to calculus deposits, then you'll need to see a dentist for professional removal of the accretions and evaluaion of your dentition. Poor oral hygiene can lead to loss of teeth.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE GOOD ORAL HYGIENE AND ALLOW A BUILD UP OF "STONE FORMATION" THAN YOUR TEETH AND GUMS WILL BE PAINFUL.YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR TEETH CLEANED NOW AND OR LOSE THEM AND PRACTICE PROPER ORAL HYGIENE.

Regular dental examinations/cleanings are essential to good oral hygiene. Sounds like you are dramatically overdue for professional care, and that multiple appointments may be necessary. It also sounds as info need instruction in effective oral hygiene techniques. can't fix this with a pill, a mouthwash, or a computer click. Please schedule an appointment with a Dentist.
