Can be dangerous: Don't mess around with arrhythmia. Take a daily Aspirin and look into a community health center for follow up.

Seek help: Nearest academic health center or major hospital system will have " clinic" with competent care givers and social workers to guide you. Full history, physical, and some testing will be necessary to sort this out.
