Not sure: Breast soreness,, lower stomach hardness suggest pregnancy and these symptoms can appear frequently without pregnancy too. But recent period rules out pregnancy. Take pregnancy test to confirm. Most likely no pregnancy. Symptoms due to hormone changes during menstrual cycle and anxiety about being pregnant from sex.
