Yes.: any test is only as good as the person running it. http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-living/getting-pregnant/in-depth/home-pregnancy-tests/art-20047940 and longer than a week after first missed period accuracy goes WAY MORE ACCURATE. but... doesn't prevent someone from not reading the results correctly.
