So i've been diagnosed with covid for about 10 days and as of today been having sharp pains on my ribcage and i've spit out blood three times this morning just want to know if this is normal and stick it out or head to the emergency room?

THESE SIGNS ARE NOT NORMAL FOR COVID, YOU SHOULD GO TO THE ER FOR WORK UP AND POSSIBLE X-RAYS AND BLOOD TESTS. QUARANTINE IS FOR 14 DAYS AND YOU ARE HAVING THESE PROBLEMS IN 10 DAYS SO IMMEDIATE TREATMENT IS NECESSARY. STAY AWAY FROM OTHERS UNTIL YOU ARE CLEARED.

Go to the emergency room (you probably already know this). They can check you, your lungs, pulmonary vessels and level of body inflammation. You could possibly benefit from treatments such as anti-inflammatory treatments, treatments for clots or other infections and maybe even antibody therapies. Please recover well.
