Being interested in math and dinosaurs is not abnormal for a 15 year old, maybe unusual, but by no means abnormal. Best to comment on his growth pattern would be his pediatrician otherwise during his annual exam.

Different children mature at different rates. Some points to consider: does your child eat, sleep, exercise, attend school, play with other children, preferably in person, and otherwise function well with others in the community? From your question it is not clear if you are the patient or the parent. If dinosaurs exclude normal adolescent interactions, then it is time to see your pediatrician

Love your son and support his interests. Being interested in Math is good thing. Do not try to force your son into your preconceived notion of what a boy should do at a given age. Wish you and your son good health, happiness and prosperity.
