I am 21 year old male, i want to grow taller, right now i am 5.5''. i have to talk a bit more about it but this website is not allowing me to do that ?

Accept the facts: If you want to know if it is possible to grow taller, have an x-ray done of your wrist/hand to see if your growth centers are open/closed. In most males these close before 20.If they are closed you cannot grow taller. There is no med/diet/exercise/etc. that can change that. If you are not willing to do that, you are wasting your time chasing rainbows.
