All blood work has to be interpreted in clinical context and in dynamics. Your ordering doc would be best to comment on the above value, that otherwise may be even normal depending on unit of measurement and your labs normal reference range.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your value is in the normal range. Wish you good health!
