What is the highest daily dose of zyprexa that you have seen. there is a doctor that is prescribing 80 mg daily po. when the dose was questioned the doctor reported that they have prescribed as much as 120mg daily before. does this seem high?

According to my readings, in very special psychiatric disorders doses up to 80 mgs have been used. 20 to 60 mgs/day Is really considered a high dose in serious psychiatric disorders.
