It’s unlikely that this would have any affect but in general we don’t recommend using anything in the vaginal canal when you’re trying to conceive as theoretically there may be some disruption of the normal bacterial flora

This will not affect the sperm nor your chance of getting pregnant. Though you may wish to change your practice. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless.
