One thing that can cause this is iron deficiency anemia. Let your doctor know about this so you can get labs checked-blood count and iron studies, to begin with. If you do have iron deficiency, getting on supplemental iron will be needed to get your blood counts back up to normal. Then, your ice craving should diminish. Best of luck to you!
