I get dizziness and rapid heartbeat from simple tasks and i feel like my lungs cant keep up and i breathe hardly , i am 17 ,not sexually active and i dont do drugs or alcohol. is that serious?

In addition to cardiac and pulmonary disorders, severe anemia, overactive thyroid, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome( POTS) and anxiety states are possible causes of your symptoms. I recommend getting evaluated by a specialist in internal medicine or cardiology. Appropriate testing will be done.
