You have used currently recommended treatment, repeat it in a week when hopefully incision should be healed. Scabies causes more of the annoyance, one of the serious complications is acute glomerulonephritis and microscopic hematuria. Later when you’re not breastfeeding or pregnant, you may take ivermectin 200mcg per kg, two doses. Hope it helps.
