Apparently you have figured out the diagnosis and don't need to test for it. If you know the terrain around you and can avoid Augustine grass, that would be idea. Meanwhile you can try OTC anti allergic medication like chlorpromazine (side effect is sleepiness). This can be highly effective. Otherwise you might see an allergist rather than an ENT doctor.
