Yes but : Sure you can but your risk if another ectopic is very high as well. Schedule a visit with an obgyn before you get pregnant to establish a game plan.

See a Provider: As long as you have one normal fallopian tube connected to a functioning ovary and uterus, you have a chance! to be sure, see a provider and have a hysterosalpingiogram to be sure your fallopian tubes are open.
