Endometrial adenocarcinoma for 78 aged women is radiotherapy enough?

Depends - stage: Depends on histologic type & stage, but many 78 yr olds with early stage disease can be cured with surgery (hysterectomy) alone or surgery followed by radiotherapy (pelvic &/or vaginal).
