My achilles tendon of both legs feel stressed sometimes while walking, but sometimes & its not painful but i can feel it stretching. it was painful at first so started eccentric exercises, now its a lot better. should i continue with the exercises?

The simple answer is yes. If you wear high-heeled shoes a lot this will shorten your Achilles tendon overtime. I tell people to listen to what your body is telling you. It sounds like your body’s telling you the Achilles tendon’s are short and tight and need to be stretched

I would continue with stretching exercises. Bands are a good way to stretch.
