Google says there is 26.8mg of magnesium in 440ml of beer, so is beer a good source of magnesium if drank responsibly?

Using your unconfirmed numbers, 440ml = 14.87 oz. RDA of magnesium is approx 400mg. 400mg/26.8mg = 14.92. 14.92 x 440ml = 6567ml. 6567ml = 220oz, so about 18 x 12oz cans of beer or 13.75 x pints. The numbers don't add up to drinking responsibly. Here's some info on foods that will help: https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Magnesium-HealthProfessional/
