You need to see a doctor or clinic for accurate diagnosis. This could be a yeast infection (thrush) resistant to "azole" drugs (the active ingredient in Mycoten cream); or something else entirely. Do not self diagnose or self treat, and do not rely on a pharmacy to recommend treatment. Get professional care in person. Good luck.
