Bumps may be caused by keratosis pilaris that causes rough patches, acne like bumps and has itching and skin rash. Allergies irritation or reaction, eczema, bug bites, bedbugs, mites, mosquitoes, lice and scabies can have itchy bumps. Skin lesions caused by uremia, diabetes, shingles can be present as underlying cause. Seeing your doctor will be best. Hope it helps.
