I had gonnrrhea one month back and treated. again am feeling frequent urination and pain in genital areas. urinalysis is normal. in semen analysis, ph is alkaline and wbc range is 1 to 2 million. kindly advise?

That many WBC's in the urine is bladder infection until or unless proved otherwise. Any well-trained MD should be capable treating cystitis (before it affects kidneys).
