The catheter might be obstructed. A simple flush to the drain port will let you know. And please notify your urologist/specialist that is occurring. It’s important to rule out uti. Thank you and best wishes.

If the catheter is draining it is not blocked . If no drainage it is. Some times the catheter balloon causes bladder spasm and pain causing it to contract and push urine around it or from the penis. Have your nurse or MD check it if worried or nothing is coming from the catheter
