Height is determined by the combination of genes you've inherited. Some feel that your height will be somewhere between the average of the heights of your mother and father, but we've seen many exceptions to this rule. The expected final height of males is the average of both parents height plus 2.5 in with a range of plus or minus 2 inches. Proper nutrition, sleep and exercise supports maximum growth. There are occasional outliers of the standard expected height which may end more or less than expected.
