Is she lying on her back when this occurs? If so, her back becomes sweaty because the sweat is not able to evaporate from the skin surface when she is laying on it. Then, when she positions off her back (or gets up), the sweat is able to evaporate. If only her back is sweaty, this is the likely cause. Best of luck to both of you!
