I think i have residual sleepiness from my cpap machine. when i use my cpap machine, i am sleepy once i wake up (where i have to take a nap after waking up to feel energy). i've had to rely on caffeine daily for energy. i don't know how to fix this?

You contact your sleep doc and see if your unit needs adjustment. Modern units store sleep data that can be assessed by the doc. You may need your pressure changed.
