Can you please tell me why i am geeting open pores on face?

Have you recently used a face pack or mask which removed blackheads giving you open pore. Exposure to steam on the face can also open pores. Applying ice will close the pores . I agree with both the answers above that best care is by seeing a doctor. Hope it is helpful.
