Diagnosed with adenomyosis. i am 45. period in february 21. then 9june -15th june. today i see a spot of blood on tissue. nothing on pad. it is not a full flow. what is causing this?????today is day 8?

The diagnosis of Adenomyosis indicates that endometrial glands are interposed within the smooth musculature of the uterus.(myometrium). When a period does occur it acts just like "wringing out a sponge" causing prolonged and often heavy bleeding. Your GYN MD can discuss with you treatment options.
