I would want to know more history: are you on hormones/birth control pills? Any recent injury/stress out of the ordinary? Pain/cramps present? Are your sexually active? Has this ever happened before? An infection or a pregnancy (a miscarriage) could cause this, or possibly excessive stress. If you do have significant pain, or dizziness, fainting, nausea, you should see Dr for eval & tests
