I had a d&c 10 days ago. my cycle is due as of yesterday and im cramping but nothing yet. can i have cramping and no bleeding as a cycle since i was a week away from being due? the cramping is unreal and have clear discharge. thank you?

Your uterus will build up a new linng after a D&C but your period may be early or late. Cramping similar to a period is also common and passing clots and then some further bleeding is not unusual and may last days. You should inform your gynecologist if severe cramping persists. In the meantime take acetaminophen (Tylenol) for relief.
