See GYN: If this one time ting wait for your next period if you are going to feel the same . If keep happening then your hormones are not balanced and you might need your GYN to regulate that.

Unusual symptoms: Are you sure your Mirena (levonorgestrel) is still in place? Still worth checking a urine pregnancy test! The IUDs are highly effective forms of birth control, but can fail. If your discharge is different or you may have been exposed to an STD, please get checked for that too.
