Had novasure ablation 2 weeks ago had spotting and cramping for 3 days, then clear discharge. thursday started bleeding, cramping like period. period started day of procedure is this normal?

It's not unusual: And not really an indicator of surgical success, remember the lining has been cauterized and will slough off; it can create some bleeding. Go in if real heavy but hopefully u start to see some improvent soon.

This is not uncommon: It is not uncommon to have some bleeding after an endometrial ablation. In some cases regular periods may return after several months or years. It is more common to have light bleeding. The cramping may be caused by retention of blood in the uterus. You should discuss this with your doctor at a future visit.
