I have a skin tag like this on my labia, its soft, it can be moved around... after my shower i was wiping (because my period came) and there was a little white dot on the tag, so i popped it, and clear liquid came out. hoping not a sign of cancer?

Skin tag does not contain fluid and you should not see a white dot on it. You might have a cyst, not a cancerous lesion, hopefully it will go away after you broke it. Watching the site for now, only concern if it recurs and grows quickly.
