How would i know if i have irregular astigmatism or just astigmatism at home with online tests?

The best method for detecting most cases of irregular astigmatism (IA) is by corneal topography, which will show asymmetrical steep and flat areas of the cornea. Most eyes have at least a small amount of IA but gross irregularities occur with keratoconus or traumatic corneal scars. In advanced cases, spectacle lenses may not adequately improve vision and rigid contact lenses may be required.

You would need to be evaluated with keratometry and/or corneal topography by your ophthalmologist or optometrist. I don't believe any online test would give you that information
