I went to urgent care with trouble urinating/a bit of pain when trying this morning. they did a sample and said they found a little bit of blood but nothing else, they referred me to someone but is the blood in it likely serious like cancer? i'm 22?

Common things are more likely than rare ones. A "little" blood on a urine sample simply reflects irritation of the tissue lining the urinary system anywhere from inside the kidney to the collecting tubes to the bladder to just inside your penis. For you to think of cancer is a bit much. Follow-up with your regular doc. It is likely nothing of importance.
